Was supposed to recieve an RMA Return Slip Email, Razer support has stopped responding? | Razer Insider

I am wondering if I am confusing support by email. I was supposed to receive an message with a return slip that I could print and put on the package for shipping. I have tried 3 times to ask Razer support to resend this email, but they are no longer responding.



My Razer Nari is no longer connecting properly and getting removed from connected devices as soon as the game loads to the start page. Had this headset for about 1 year, and it's the only razer product that is malfunctioning.
