I can't purchase an extended warranty for my new razer blade 15. I've tried the phone line without success, I keep getting notified that the lines are busy and disconnected. I can only even get into your chat queue while on mobile, and I've waited three times through the horrendous queue without getting any help. I've supplied a photo of my receipt, I've provided my product number and serial. What else can I do? I've waited a week since my last chat where he swore I would have everything I needed to purchase the warranty delivered to my email within 24 hours. I don't want to return this laptop, as I am loving it, but I'm not comfortable keeping it without an extended warranty. If I ever need a warranty return is it going to take as long to get that sorted? is this indicative of the customer support I can expect from Razer?

Hi there! Thanks for sharing your concern here. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is not what Razer aims. By the way, when you contacted our Chat Team, did they give you a case ID? If you haven't please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
