Weird Ringing Noise

Hey guys, I have been getting complaints of a ringing noise from my side of the voice chat when using discord even when I used my headset mute button and when I used the Mic Test function I hear it as well. I have tried to use 3 different headsets to see if it is the problem but it did not work. I am using the Razer Blade Pro 17 (2017). I also enclosed an link to a video of what the ringing sounds like. I hope you guys have a solution for me.
