I left my cup of water beside my mouse and laptop without knowing after i dinner my niece put the inside the cup while mouse on, and the not functioning with wireless but can use it using wired.and my mouse can't turn off after that.do i need to let it dry itself for amount of time or what do i do?

+1Disassemble it, remove the PCB board from mouse and clean any corrosion with 100% Isopropyl alcohol.
