What are the hotkeys for controlling the lighting effects on a Razer keyboard WITHOUT SYNAPSE?

I have a Huntsman TE with a single custom profile which I've added to the it's onboard memory ("red" profile). The lighting effect associated with that profile is "wave" set to a speed of 9. With the keyboard connected to a PS4, I'm able to switch to the "red" profile by using fn + Menu, however the "wave" lighting effect is not kicking in. Why is this so? Also, does this keyboard have other hotkey combinations that allow the lighting effect to be changed on the fly, when it is plugged into a device that is NOT running Synapse? I cannot find this information in the Huntsman TE manual/"master guide".
