Super curious why Razer will not sell me a battery OR provide me the specifications of them so I can replace the battery in my out of warranty Razer 14?
Ridiculously simple fix, more so as I have been repairing laptops and pc’s for 30 years. A lot of BS from support and mild scare tactics to get me to spend $90 to ship then the laptop because of possible “underlying issues” possible. Sure. Maybe. However since I have had it continuously plugged in to power for over 2 years, the cause is self inflicted. I have never power cycled it.
Completely ridiculous they won’t sell me a battery or provide the specs so I can buy quality replacement without opening up the laptop and pulling the battery first. Yes I can get them myself, but I shouldn’t have to.
Very, very lame Razer.
