So I ordered a Razer Kishi (Xbox) from Amazon and it has the letter A written on the back (https://i.imgur.com/n3p4hTq.jpg).
From what I understand this isn't normal. So I request a replacement and the new one has a 9 written on the back. (https://i.imgur.com/Hoz8aVv.jpg)
What is going on? Both appeared to be sealed and not returned units. I'm worried that these may be units that didn't pass QC but were included into retail by mistake.

As far as I know, QC sticks a receipt of sorts if a product fails the tests. That said, do send me the serial number if you find any problems with the performance of the controller.
