It’s hard to understand what you guys are thinking.

first, your razercare checkout shows a different model after I input my serial number. I have a 15 advanced rtx2080 and your system shows a base with the 1660.
Your people investigate and inform me to ignore that.
I make the purchase successfully, and then you decline it?

I like your products, but your glitches are making me fall out of love with your company.

get it together folks and take my money for razercare.

Following up, I was finally cleared and approved by Razer to purchase the warranty. Thank you

Unfortunately, the warranty confirmation shows I've got a Razer Blade base model, 1660, 128gb at 60hz. I'm on the phone with them now because I've raised this issue over several cases with their support team and they told me it was fixed and I should ignore it during checkout and purchase the warranty.

Now I have a RazerCare order confirmation showing the incorrect model. My model number is : RZ09-02999E92

it's a RB 15 144hz, rtx 2080, 512gb ssd, 16gb ram.

Hopefully, they sort this out. Technical support correctly identifies the model from the serial number, customer support's database doesn't.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I received an email from order support attesting to the correct model that is covered. I’ll be calling technical support in a week or two to see if it still needs to be corrected.
