    Can you tell us the Razer Synapse version that you are using? Is it the Synapse 2 or 3? If you are using the Razer Synapse 3 and still does not show up, please do send me the serial number of your Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 through PM. Let's continue from there.

    Its synapse 3 and my serial number ******************** But the second number might be An o or a 0 Also I bought it refurbished
