When I add a new Black Shark v2 x headset, I get this problem

Please note that product registration mainly serves warranty purposes. You can locate your device's activation code on the scratch card provided in the packaging. If the code has already been redeemed or if the card is missing, I recommend reaching out to the reseller for a refund.
