When I download razer synapse, my mouse and keyboard gets all sorts of problems.
I had the latest software and firmware versions for razer synapse and my gear.
My gear is the huntsman elite and the mamba elite(don't laugh).
I am pretty sure my razer synapse settings are default cause I reset the memory thing.
Problems I have: my mouse and keyboard freezes randomly every 10 seconds or so, after my keyboard unfreezes a recent key is stuck and wont go away, my mouse also freezes and failes to click on some parts of my scree
How can I fix these problems?

BrandonChen64Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. What's your Razer Synapse version? Are using your personal computer and connected to a home network? Also, please check your computer's anti-virus or firewall if it is blocking any Razer-related files. Did you performed the steps here when your reset the software?
