I have Blackshark V2, and i encountered this problem after reinstalling Windows. For few days i couldn’t disable THX, but now when i switch tabs, whatever it be (tabs in browser or alt+tab), i hear a volume boost like +50% for few moments. It happens not always but like 20 times a day. This boost never happens without installed Synapse 3, but without Synapse for no reason my headset sounds like THX is enabled.
Question
When i switch between tabs, my volume sets on max for 0.5sec
