When I want to register the product, I get a warning  this saying "This product has been registered before, please contact support" please help me.

When I want to register the product, I get a warning  this saying "This product has been registered before, please contact support" please help me.

Are you the original owner of this device? Products purchased from nonauthorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods (refer to our Razer’s warranty page). However, you can still request a warranty claim even if you are not the original owner of the device as long as you can present proof of purchase.
