When PC turned on, Synapse 3 starts up every time with retry login

Sorry if this already has been asked.. But i looked true so many posted, and couldnt find a answer. But every time when i turn on my pc, synapse 3 starts up. Thats ok.. Only the thing is, that the first time it would not connect to Razer. So i get a window were i can click on retry, and when i do that, only then it connects and works.. Does anybody else have this problem, or know how to fix it? Thanks!
