Where did you buy your headset? Have you tried contacting the reseller to request a replacement? Please note that we can’t remove the product registration from another account once it’s linked to a different Razer ID. For now, the best option is to take advantage of your warranty from the store where you purchased the product. If need assistance in the future, you can PM me your headset’s serial number and proof of purchase so I can further check the information. Have a great day!
