when the music and game audio is low I keep hearing this buzzing sound.

when ever any audio is low I always hear this buzzing and crackling sound and when the audio plays it sounds as if the audio is muffled and it sounds like a really bad connection to a radio station. I just go my mic last week from me typing this. My headset is a razor kraken ultimate edition. How do I fix this, it is really annoying when I am just trying to relax.
