When trying to import .chromaeffects files it asks for .SYNAPSE3 files

I'm trying to import my .chromaeffects files on synapse 3 for my new keyboard razer cynosa v2 but it keeps asking me for.SYNAPSE3 files and I don't know why I tried asking razer support and they kept asking me a bunch of random questions and ended the ticket weirdly, I followed all the steps by going to customize, then clicking import, and when I click the folder icon to look for my folder it shows that it's looking for.SYNAPSE3 files instead of .chromaeffects which is strange, if u guys could help it would be much appreciated!could help
