My deathadder v2 pro keeps switching to a specific profile out of the 5 I have after getting out of sleep mode. I have synaspe set at 1 min to enter sleep mode to check the issue so I notice that it doesn’t matter which profile I left it at before entering sleep mode. It turns on with that profile and then a second or so will switch the the specific one every single time. I have different lighting on each profile to see what exactly happens and without fail keeps switching to that one after sleep mode.
Same issue with my basilisk v3
mine can be fixed by quitting the razor software and starting it again
But it’s literally every time the mouse goes to sleep
And it erases my onboard profiles when it does that and ask do you want to sync local or sync to the cloud
No matter which option I choose, it does not fix the problem
I also have an export file of my profiles so sometimes that happens I will just click import and import my profiles, but what happens then is later it seems to sync up with the cloud and then I get duplicate profiles…
can’t figure out a way to fix the problem and can’t really find a solution online
