Where can i find my activation code for Surround Sound?

I've been using my Razer Kraken v2 headset for about 2 years now with RAZER Surround Sound.But today i login into my PC and all of my sounds in Youtube,Discord and Twitch are crackling and rustling very loudly.The issue was solved by me by just uninstalling Razer Synapse 2.0.But when i installed Razer Synapse 2.0 back to my PC the Surround Sound option was taken from me.I dont know my activation code(probably lost it a long time ago) and when i installed the new Razer 7.1 Surround Sound it said this:"7.1 Surround Sound is not enabled on this account.Please use a valid Activation Code to unlock this feature."But in fact i was using it for the past 2 years!!!Please help.Dont know how to find the activation code!!!
