I got Razer Kraken Kitty V2. I register my headset already but I could not find where to get my activation code for 7.1.
I try to get it from “Request a New Activation Code” but they keep telling me to register my headset, which I already did.
I thought they want to me to do it again, but it told me the headset is already registered.
I was trying to solve this by myself by clicking links but it is looping and not helping at all, so I gave up.
I am confusing. Could someone please explain what is the problem and how can I solve this.
