Where can I get support for a bug found on my Razer Insider Profile, section "Private Messages".

UnfairMode

I think the image tells by it self, but I'll explain:

It is showing on the right side “3 private messages”.

On the left side you can see that there is none of it.

I didn’t find a section for this on the Official Support Website so I am here.

Is there a way to reset it?

I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
