Where is my activation code ?

Hi, First at all, I have a problem in the software : Razer App Engine When I enter my email / password on the software, I have a loading page and the software ask me again my email and password. Second point, I tried to search my activation code to use it on the software and to have the features on my headset like 7.1 sound etc... But I Don't know where is it. Thank you for your help. Nicolas
