I ended up returning the 2019 Razer Blade 15 and got the 2020 version instead. I shipped it back on 5/21/20 and they finally received it on the 29th. Got an email from Razer on 6/02/20 stating the return is in process and that it might take 5-7 days to finish. Here I am on 6/14//20 with no refund and is stuck with the first payment due with Affirm financing. Can someone please assist me?

While it can take 5-7 for us to process the refund, banks typically take up to 18 days to reflect the fund transfer. Do send me a PM with your ticket number so I can checks what's going on.
