where is my XMP????

Im a razer blade 2020 advanced user. And today I want buy a new set of ram, and people said the rams need XMP to be 3200hz, and I did sure my lapop should have this XMP.... but when I open the bios I can find nothing...fix it! And I don't even able to find where to find customer service such a bad user experience.
