Which Thunderbolt Dockingstation for Razer Blade 2020 Base 2060?

Hello! I own a Razer Blade 2020 Base - RTX 2060 and need a Thunderbolt Dockingstation. It is also connected with a BenQ PD2700U. I heard Thunderbolt 3 only support 90W max. but the original Powersupply of my Blade is 250W I think. Or do you think there is another alternative?
