Whirring/Buzzing noise from Razer Hammerhead TW X Gen 1
Just opened up my new Razer Hammerhead TW X Gen 1 Earbuds and they're great but there's a very noticeable buzzing/whirring noise coming from both of them which is audible when music is playing and even when no audio is playing. Is there something wrong, and if so, will I be able to claim warranty? I registered the device with my Razer ID account but I don't think the warranty has been approved (uploaded the image of my receipt just a few hours ago). I purchased it directly from Amazon.
