So i bought this headphones about a year ago and never had isuses. Until the day i wanted to use the mic. The dongle is not reconized by the “razer headset pairing utility” and doesn’t work through a hub, only directly in the pc. This way the sound quality is AWFUL. Through bt you can either use the headphones or the mic, not both at the  same time. I bought this headphones because i absolutely wanted some wireless ones. But to use this headphones and enjoy something i have to be connected by cable. Besides this the headphones broke a branche after 2 weeks of utilization. I tried to use the garanty but they couldnt do anything 

Really disapointed  by the quality of the product and the services provided by razer.

Never again.
