I apologize up front for the tone. I don't have the time for this and am extremely annoyed that you make it so hard to contact you to buy YOUR product. There is no phone number for sales assistance? How is this possible? This is a good way to lose a lot of sales. I know, b/c you're about to lose mine.  I’ve attempted to purchase a very expensive laptop that my daughter needs for her degree program 2x already. The first time, despite preset limits at a much higher level, the bank thought it was a fraudulent purchase and blocked it. They texted me to confirm that I had indeed attempted to place the order. I responded that I had.  I attempted to place the order a 2bd time and did receive a successful order confirmation. With order# RZUSWP1000001682943. However, this morning, my daughter sent me a screenshot of an email she received from you stated Razer had cancelled the order…? Why? The bank approved the sale. I already called them this morning to confirm they had not declined the sale. They DID NOT!  Razer does not seem to want or need my money and if I don't get a response within the never hour. I’ll purchase a laptop elsewhere. Not trying to be rude, but I don't have time for this nonsense. Call me! My cell number is in the billing info of the cancelled order. Do not email me! The email is my daughters TX A&M email address. It was used to get the student promo.  I setup this account for her b/c she is in college and can't afford a $5k laptop. However, the shipping/billing addresses are the same except my name is listed for the billing address instead of hers. Again, She doesn't have $5k for a laptop, so daddy has to purchase. My name is John Walton and again, my phone is listed under the billing address on Order #RZUSWP1000001682943
