Why can't I turn on surround sound?

I did not receive the activation code, surround sound is prohibited for my headset on the website. Although it is not written anywhere that there is a ban on it somewhere. There is surround sound in the characteristics, and I, as a buyer, turned off this function

Were you able to register your headset? Once done, the activation code will be sent via email. Just make sure that you check your inbox, spam or junk folder.
