Why cant i cancel my order?

I ordered a wrist rest like a month ago from the Razer website and I've been quoted 3 different delivery dates now and still haven gotten it. The delivery status says its was at the same place for almost a week and I just want to get my money back and not receive the item. I want to cancel the order but i don't see any option to cancel an ongoing order.
