Yesterday my dongle decided to just randomly disconnect. All of the sudden it just stopped being recognized by my PC and I don’t know why. I have plugged other things into the dongle and they are recognized by my PC, but not the 2.4Ghz USB for my DAV3P.
I have been trying absolutely everything for two days now. I have followed guides from previous posts on this website. I’ve reinstalled synapse, redownloaded drivers, updated to the new drivers manually, etc. It is extremely upsetting that after proper use and no damages it just stops working. Does this have to do with the new synapse? Did the USB part itself just randomly glitch out and break? Extremely disappointed considering my other razer products have lasted more than 6 years. I am looking for any answers at this point as to what I can do. I can’t even buy a replacement USB because it’s sold out.
