Why does synapse not recognize my Kuromi BT headset, and why can i not get audio or my mic to work :(

I've tried everything i can to get this headset to work, I've gotten the Bluetooth to connect,  and i got audio through it one time (Now it doesn't play audio)  never was able to get the mic to work, i went through and followed all the steps for troubleshooting, and i feel at a loss, and for 120$ i feel like that's bull honkey. I noticed that synapse doesn't recognize the headset and i cant figure out how to make it recognize the headset no matter what i do or what synapse i use. has anyone else experienced this issue with this headset, all my drivers are updated? am i just SOl?
