Why doesn't my Razer Blackshark v2 x have no audio?
I recently got a Razer Blackshark from amazon, since my current headset is starting to give out on me, when I went to plug it in and test it, I couldn't hear anything, does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

countyCongoPinkfront108Have you tried running the Windows sound troubleshooter? Are you connecting the Blackshark V2 X to a laptop or a desktop? If a computer or laptop has an audio/mic combo jack, please bypass the splitter extension cable that came with the headset. Have you tried connecting the headset to another different 3.5mm port or computer? Try performing the suggested steps from this link.
