Why doesn't my Razer Viper Ultimate work on USB? Also the dongle keeps disconnecting.

As the title says, my viper ultimate has stopped working on USB yesterday. It worked fine till the day before. The cable works fine, I connected the dock with the cable and it is recognised, but the mouse isn’t. The DPI led lights up red but no response on my PC, no audio queue for USB device being connected either. The dongle is broken already, it keeps connecting and disconnecting on insertion which is why I was using the mouse with the USB cable. But now even that has stopped working.

Well, I guess nobody has any solutions. At this point I feel like razer’s products are engineered to fail after they pass the warranty period. This isn’t the first time this has happened either, I had the top model version of the Mamba mouse which also failed working few months after it went out of warranty. I should have learned then, but I won’t make the same mistake again. Never again razer, goodbye.

Hi there, same issue for the past couple of days/weeks. The wireless becomes very glitchy and I need to plug it in with the cable for it to work fine. I was looking at buying a new Razer Viper Ultimate but it looks like they’re not being sold anymore.
