Why is everything pink?

I recently ordered the razer ripsaw HD to replace my original one but when I got it, everything it captured was pink. after hours with customer service they sent me a replacement, it got here today, but still everything is pink, so I hooked it up to my laptop, still pink, and even my friends computer with a fresh install of synapse and obs and still, everything was pink, does anyone have any tips or solutions?

ok im having a similar issue its less pink then yours but I cant fix it I've tried updating the graphics drivers and renaming the app data file for streamlabs. did you ever find a fix for yours?

Have you make sure if the monitor and cable connecting to Ripsaw HD are all support HDMI 2.0?

I don't have a Ripsaw, so I don't know the specifics of the card.

Having said that, it looks like a color space issue. I used to run into that all the time when using a video resolution over what one of our switchers thought was a data signal. It would automatically change the color space to SMPTE when everything needed RGB.

Take a look and see if there's an option to change the color space to RGB. I'll take a look at the master guide and see if I can find anything.

**A moment later**

I just took a look through the guides of both the Ripsaw and the Ripsaw HD and saw nothing about changing a color space.

Is there an option to change the color space on the internal graphics card of your computer?

Another thing to check is in your video card preferences. I know that a few of our work laptops, when plugging in external monitors, give options for data resolutions and video resolutions, and the two are separated. For example, with those laptops you can choose 1920x1080 with a 60Hz refresh rate, or if you scroll up a bit you can choose 1080p 60, and it automatically puts those options in different color spaces. See if your computer has that option, and if so, choose the OTHER one and see if that fixes your issue.
