Hello,
First of all why is it so hard to just send email to razer support? it always bring me back in to the FAQ page, I don’t need the FAQ Page because my issues are not there because I’ve look there so many times, just give us the email button easily!
So I have issues with Synapse 3, everytime I log in to synapse (have tried multiple account even creating a new account) my media button including the volume wheel does not work, but when I log out of my account the media button work again, but then I login again it doesn’t work again.
Multiple workaround have been tried:
- Log in to another account (multiple account)
- Reseting the profile from synapse
- Reinstalling synapse (which include of course restarting the PC)
- Uninstall the keyboard driver
- Synapse have been updated to the latest version, so does my Windows 11
- Changing where I plug both usb cable or the dongle (it doesn’t even work on bluetooth), this all only happen if I have an account log in to synapse
- Unplugging all of the usb device that connected to my pc, only the keyboard plugged in
Everything still not work, please tell me how to send an email, or just give me the link that directly send an email to Razer support so I can contact support directly, I have the video recording all of this
