why is my Deathadder essential not working

Hey, so I got a deathadder essential for Christmas haven't used it till the pass 3 weeks and it's not working anymore like it js will stop moving but I can still click and scroll but won't move.What can I do?

Hi there, ​@sleekMediumCarminebay633!Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall its drivers by following the steps below:- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.- Restart your computer.- The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.*Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
