Why is my thx spatial audio activation key invalid?

I bought a headset today, and i linked it to my account, razer sent me an email with the activation key but, when i entered it, a message that says that the code is invalid appears, i need help with this, thaks

What specific headset you have? It seems like you have entered the code on the wrong app. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
