why is the audio in my Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed headphones so bad? and how do I fix it?

I just bought this headset and when I got home and set it up the audio was Incredibly bad. It just sounds like muffled garbage, Is there any way to fix this? I have already tried updating the firmware and I have looked at everything in the settings and else ware. They sound awful in everything on the computer, I’m pretty disappointed for these costing me $155, please help.
