Why is there NO Support at all?

I'm trying to buy a simple SOFTWARE in the Razer Store (THX Spatial Audio), but my orders get cancelled all the time. Tried with Paypal, and with my Creditcard (both work on ebay or amazon). I've tried to contact the Support, but after 2 weeks, no replies. I've tried multiple times a day, to contact the support via Chat, "not available". Both in English and German. This company is a joke, and i will make sure to spread this information. If you buy razer, you are on your own!
