Hi!

I've purchased a new BlackWidow V3 Pro, but unfortunately, the warranty codes do not work.

On the back, there is a product number with 13 characters, but the site is asking for 18 characters (including the dashes).

I've tried all the combinations of I, l, i, L, |, and all the 0, o, O. It's really frustrating since this keyboard is expensive. But when you open the box, set up the keyboard, and try to add it to Synapse for all the amazing colors, the stuff doesn't work.

Could someone lend me a hand perhaps?
