why isnt my blade 17(2022) detecting my blackshark V2 X

So i just got the blade 17(2022) along with blackshark V2 X headphones and the deathadder mouse. So when i connected my headphones through audio jack, the headphones isnt even detected by the laptop. I check in the device manager and everywhere the headphones just doesnt seem to show on the laptop. I am not able to use the headphones because of this. I tried disabling the realtek speakers, but still doesnt seem to detect. Does anyone know a solution for this? I have synpase 3 on my laptop.
