Everytime I connect hyperspeed or BT, it connects, and disconnects, and connects and disconnects… and the cycle repeats itself.
I can only connect it with the usb cable…
I have tried to updated the firmware… but when it asks to connect via cable (that it is already connected so it can work...) it fails to reconize the mouse via cable and does not allow me to update firmware..
PLEASE HELP
