A week ago I bought a USD playstation code as I normally did almost every week, and there was no problem until now… The code they gave me wasn’t even from playstation, it was a completely random code, and not good enough when I contacted support, they told me that the problem would be fixed asap. Well, i discussed with support and the only thing they tell me is that “I will get my money back”. Every single time, they don´t refund me, they tell me they’ll do it. So I told them that I just wanted to know if this case will end with a: “we can´t refund you” So i’m not waiting for nothing, but now they won’t even reply to me. Really dissapointed because i´ve worked with them since months or even a year now and this treat is unacceptable. As always thanks but hope people don´t have the same problem as I do.
