I tried to place an order on the Razer.com online store.  (Actually twice.)  

Both times, the order was cancelled with no explanation.  Was my payment method not acceptable?  Is the product no longer available?

I can’t find a reason that it was cancelled, nor could I find any way to contact the store support group by phone to ask the question.

So, how do I find out why my order was cancelled???
