It's less than one year since I've owned my Razer blade 15 laptop (2019) and it suddenly won't turn on. I've tried the troubleshooting techniques listed on the razer website but they have not helped.
Some interesting things to note:
1. The LED blinks white when I hold the power button for a long time.
2. Sometimes if I connect a random USB-C cable and turn it on the keyboard lights will actually turn on and the LED goes to green, however the screen remains black.
Does anyone have any ideas? I've heard that it could be locked in a special mode that prevents it from being turned on but I have no idea how to fix this.
