I got my new mouse (the raser basilisk x hyper speed) and one day later the wifi started turning off and on. I've tried disconnecting it and reconnection but it won't work. However, when I don't use the mouse the wifi is perfectly fine!!! Please help me fix this. Thank you.

Subject: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues

Hello [choqolate],

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi constantly turning off. Connectivity problems can be frustrating, but we'll work together to resolve this.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Restart Your Router: Turn off your Wi-Fi router, wait for about 10-15 seconds, and then turn it back on. This can often resolve minor connectivity issues.

  2. Check Wi-Fi Signal Strength: Ensure that you are within a reasonable range of your Wi-Fi router and that there are no physical obstructions interfering with the signal.

  3. Update Wi-Fi Drivers: Make sure your device's Wi-Fi drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause connectivity problems.

  4. Reset Network Settings: On your device, you can try resetting network settings to default. This can sometimes resolve issues related to network configuration.

  5. Disable Power Saving for Wi-Fi: Check your device's power settings and ensure that the Wi-Fi adapter is not set to power-saving mode. Sometimes, power-saving settings can lead to intermittent disconnections.

  6. Scan for Malware: Perform a thorough scan for malware on your device. Malicious software can affect network behavior.

  7. Check for Interference: Other electronic devices or neighboring Wi-Fi networks can interfere with your Wi-Fi signal. Make sure your Wi-Fi channel is not congested.

  8. Contact Your Internet Service Provider (ISP): If the issue persists, it might be worth contacting your ISP to ensure there are no broader connectivity problems in your area.

If you've tried these steps and the issue persists, providing more details about your device, operating system, and any error messages you receive will help the community offer more specific assistance.

I hope one of these solutions resolves your Wi-Fi issue. Let me know how it goes!

Thank you I will try them.
