Hi. I bought a Razer phone 2 a few days ago and today suddenly the wifi stop working. it wont turn on if i try to toggle on the setting app get stuck it turn the screen black and then appears a message with two options. close the app or wait.
i reset to factory settings, wipe all the data in the recovery menu but without any success.
please help.

Simultaneous press and hold the power and volume up button for 7-10 second, wait for the phone to restart and see if it helps. Ensure that there are no Apps installed on your phone before re-establishing a connection to WiFi.
