I own a Razer Blade Advanced 2020, which uses the original 230W power adapter (RC30-024801) with the following specs:
• AC Input: 100V-240V ~ 3.6A 50/60Hz
• DC Output: 230W (19.5V, 11.8A)
Someone is selling an RC30-01660100 adapter with these specs:
• AC Input: 100V-240V ~ 3.4A 50/60Hz
• DC Output: 250W (19V, 13.16A)
I have two main questions:
1. Will this adapter physically fit my laptop’s charging port?
2. Is it safe to use, considering the 0.5V difference (19.5V vs. 19V) and the higher wattage (250W vs. 230W)?
I want to avoid damaging my laptop, so I’m looking for advice or experiences from anyone who has tried using the RC30-01660100 with the Blade Advanced 2020.
