Hi since the new update from windows 10 (2004)
is the sound crackling with surround on

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your concern. By the way, does the audio quality issue happen to all ports on your computer? What Razer device that is affected? Send me a PM together with your device's serial number. Let's continue from there.
I have the same problem. After the Windows May update it goes messed up. I tried changing any other settigns on my main Realtek driver (format, enhancments off) and even reinstalling both of them with deleting registries, but nothing helped.
I could only fix this issue with restoring the older Windows version.
Same problem here, I have razer surround pro installed, and after updated to windows 10 ver. 2004, my razer surround pro getting noisy and crackling, and my sound will be getting normal when I changed to realtek ( onboard audio driver )
As long I used my PC, my razer surround pro working fine. Is there any fixed driver ? or Is there any instruction for this problem ?

I Re-install RazerSurroundInstaller v2.0.29.2 and still face the same problem.

I have the same issue with the new Windows 10 update (Windows 10 2004) and Razer Surround Pro.
My sound is crackling when I turn on "Razer surround" option. I tried it on my 1st screen, 2nd screen and my headset but it's still the same. The only fix that I also found was to restore Windows to before the update.
